WATERFRONT - Welcome to 1518 Drift Road. Tucked along the banks of the east branch of the Westport River, this three bedroom cottage was completely renovated with a modern country charm: beadboard walls, pine floors, fieldstone fireplace, and an open chef's kitchen. The former garage was transformed into an artist studio which can provide many options. Even though it is ONE OF THREE PROPERTIES that share this unique location, you'll be mesmerized by the unobstructed waterviews enjoyed by the open layout. Walk onto the expansive deck that perfectly connects the cottage to the enchanting yard. Encircling lush gardens that seem to "hug" this very special cottage are enchanced by the " garden shed" and unusual cold frame. Waterfront comprises a seawall with launch area and a land promontory on the southern boundary. From summer activities to just relaxing, this special property offers year round enjoyment. Property is accessed by a lane running through a private farm. NO DRIVE BYS PLEAS
